Activate Your Existing Account on Our New Site

Our site has changed! Rest assured, your past orders and account info is still available however, you will need to activate your account on the new site and reset your password to access it.

To activate and reset your password click on, “Activate My Account” and enter the email address associated with your JAFRA account.

NO. Our new site does not support logging in with your 9-Digit Consultant ID. You will need to log in using your email address.

If you don’t know the email associated with your JAFRA account, click on “Forgot User ID (or Email)” link from the Login section. When prompted enter your 9-digit Consultant ID to obtain the email on your JAFRA account.

You may update your email address on file in the My Account section once you have successfully logged in.  If you are unable to log in and would like to update the email on your account, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 800-852.3728 M-F 6am-5pm PST. 

Steps to Activate Account:

Step 1:

Click on "Login" from the header menu (on mobile, open the menu by clicking the 3 lines at the top left of your device). Click on "ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT".

An email will be sent to your mailbox to reset your password. If you did not get the email, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 800-852-3728 M-F 6am - 5pm PST.

Step 2:

Enter Email Address associated with your JAFRA Account and click on the "Submit" button

Step 3:

Open the Activation Email from your Email inbox, Click on "Activate my account"

Step 4:

Enter & confirm your new JAFRA.com Password then click on "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT".

Hint: if you would like to see the password you are typing click on the eye icon to ensure your password matches.

Congratulations! You have created your New Password and are logged in on the new JAFRA.COM site.
